Overall, these four projects demonstrate my expertise in user-centered content design and localization for web apps, medical devices, and software content. Through research, collaboration, and a deep understanding of user needs, I have consistently produced content that enhances user experience and achieves desired outcomes.

My background includes working for various companies such as LivaNova, Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, OpenText, Comcast Business, Viega LLC, Flatirons Solutions, and Texas State University while designing digital and print content. In these roles, I have developed and designed digital content for enterprise applications, assisted in usability testing, created content strategies, managed content localization, created consistent key naming strategies, created user guides and manuals, conducted documentation development and approval reviews, collaborated with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and conducted user experience research. I have worked on a wide range of products, including medical devices, cybersecurity, LegalTech AI products, and more.
My experience also includes using a variety of tools, such as Figma, Notion, Dovetail, Confluence, Oxygen XML, Elevo.io, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. I am comfortable working with these tools and am always open to learning new ones.
Most recently, I worked as a UX Writer/Content Designer for LivaNova, where I designed UX content for a new medical device software for epilepsy using Figma. I created a content strategy for consistent UX/UI content and documentation, collaborated with stakeholders to refine new UX content, and led reviews of new content, and wrote, created and published design system documentation in Figma. Prior to that, I worked for Johnson & Johnson and Medtronic as a Sr. Technical Writer, where I created medical device user guides, patient and clinician manuals, home use guides, service manuals, and instructions for use (IFUs) for new and existing product lines.
