Project Overview
Created CCMS system for all user documentation. Led the redesign effort and maintenance of the legal tech SaaS product's online content so that it was more intuitive and technically accurate. Revised the content to help readers quickly be able to get started using the software and Catalyst + OpenText's managed review legal services.
My Contributions
Developed and created customer facing user guides, contextual help, and print documentation using RoboHelp, FrameMaker, and Elevo.io. Coordinated,drafted, and delivered sales enablement proposals for e-discovery, legal hold,and managed review software products and services. Wrote release notes, user guides, quick start guides, and administrator guides as new features and updates were released.
